You haven't lost anything. Restocking doesn't work that way --- you tell it the number of items you want. If you have 5 left, and restock to 50, then you end up buying 45.

Let's start with the obvious question: have you bought a dropsuit? You can't create a new fitting from the 5 standard issue ones. Need to go to the market and actually buy a suit before you can use it.

This isn't about how long it takes you to get back on the battlefield, it's just a physical limitation of the droplink technology. Can't expect one to spawn you in 2 seconds just because the last one got destroyed after 8.

Additionally, it can bug out sometimes. Sometimes it seems to be taking too long, so I cancel and try again. After doing that a couple of times, you never get put in the queue... display briefly changes to show cancel, but then goes straight back...
